Mall cop

This is a comedy written and directed by Kevin James (Paul Blart), also starring Raini Rodriguez as his daughter Maya Blart.

It all starts when Paul dreams about being a real cop, saving lives and protecting people no matter what. Unfortunately for him, his got sugar problems, so when he lacks sugar he faints for a couple of minutes. This same problem has costed him the police academy graduation certificate and he is not able to become a real hero. In the mall where he works everything is quiet and the most dangerous event for him was when he gave a ticket to a man in wheelchair, and constantly fall in love of the girl with red hair.

One day he is assigned a trainee; his duty is to teach him to take care of the mall when all closes up. What nobody knew was that he was planning on getting the stores account codes with a well prepared team of skillful teenagers, that same day. So when the mall is closed and they believe everybody is out, except the people in the bank, they cut the light and get off the good boy’s mask.

Blart was checking the videogames store when it all happened, and he was the only one that could call the police, until he saw his beloved one as a hostage. He made it personal, and he was decided to take them down one by one until the danger is gone. But that was not it, his daughter brought him dinner and was caught by a guy that recognized later and used her to negotiate.

A long and funny fight takes place later in the airport when all is almost over, when suddenly the chief of SWAT forces took the codes and wanted to keep them for himself. He was disarmed later by an old man in charge of the mall security, and Blart becomes a hero and keeps the girl.

In my opinion this is a hilarious movie that you should see on a weekend off, it’s guaranteed that you’ll laugh with white humor and there is not a single boring part.
